Meet Jasmine
Licensed Counselor | Telehealth Therapy for Women in Florida & Tennessee
I became a therapist because I saw too many women being told their struggles weren't that serious, that anxiety was just stress, that burnout was just part of the hustle, that low self-esteem was something you should just "get over."
I knew there had to be a better way. So I built a practice centered on one belief: every woman deserves a space where she can be fully honest about what she's going through, and get real help, not just a pat on the back.
What Therapy with Me Looks Like
Our work together starts with understanding your world, not just your symptoms, but your relationships, your patterns, the things keeping you up at night. From there, we build a plan that's specific to you.
As therapy progresses, you'll start noticing shifts. The anxious thoughts get quieter. The self-doubt loses its grip. You start making decisions from confidence instead of fear. And slowly, you reconnect with a version of yourself that feels grounded, capable, and free.
Some clients feel changes within a few weeks. For others, it's a slower build. Either way, I'm patient with the process and honest with you every step of the way.
I don't do surface-level therapy. I'll create a space where you feel completely safe, and then I'll gently push you to go deeper than you thought you could.
I'm your partner on this journey of self-discovery. Together, we'll untangle past hurts, address self-doubt, and cultivate healthy coping mechanisms – all tailored to your individual needs and background. Imagine feeling calmer, stronger, and more confident. Imagine nurturing fulfilling relationships and experiencing life with newfound joy.
Meet jasmine
I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and am a Licensed Counselor in Florida and Tennessee. Over the past seven years, I've worked across community mental health, school and university counseling, and outpatient group practice, each setting deepening my understanding of what women actually need from therapy.
My approach is grounded in proven, evidence-based methods that help you identify the thought patterns keeping you stuck, build skills to manage overwhelming emotions, and develop real strategies for the challenges you're facing right now. I'm always pursuing new training and education because you deserve a therapist who's growing alongside you, not one who stopped learning after grad school.
