  • Yes, I only offer virtual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms. Virtual sessions provide the convenience and flexibility of accessing therapy from the comfort of your own space.

  • Therapy sessions typically last 45 minutes to one hour, and the frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs and treatment plan. We can discuss scheduling options during our initial consultation.

  • You can schedule an appointment by contacting me via phone or email, you may also book a consultation using the portal on our website. My current hour are Monday-Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm

  • Prior to our sessions, it may be helpful to reflect on your goals, concerns, and any topics you wish to discuss. Additionally, creating a comfortable and private space for our virtual sessions can enhance the therapeutic experience.

  • I understand that therapy can be a financial commitment, I currently do not offer sliding scale fees and discounts for students or individuals with financial constraints. However, I do currently accept insurance.
