I'm a Licensed Counselor with 9 years of experience, and I specialize in one thing: helping women feel like themselves again.

I've worked in community mental health, school counseling, and outpatient practice, and every setting taught me something about what women really need from therapy: to be heard without judgment, challenged without shame, and supported by someone who actually gets it.

I won't just sit and nod. I'll listen closely, ask the questions that matter, and help you see the patterns you can't see on your own, the people-pleasing, the overthinking, the "I'm fine" when you're not. Then we'll work together to change them.

My Approach

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), two of the most effective, evidence-based approaches for anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. But I don't just hand you worksheets. Every session, I meet you where you are and give you practical tools you can use in your actual life, between sessions, at work, in your relationships.
